The Road Marking CAD Draftsman translates project specifications and site survey data into precise road marking layout drawings. These drawings form the basis for every marking application on our projects and must comply fully with Ashghal road marking standards and Qatar transport authority guidelines.

• Prepare road marking layout drawings using AutoCAD based on project specifications and survey data
• Produce setting-out plans for operatives showing exact dimensions, symbols, and line positions
• Update drawings to reflect site instructions and design changes during construction
• Prepare as-built drawings upon project completion for client and Ashghal submission
• Coordinate with project engineers and surveyors to ensure drawing accuracy
• Maintain an organised drawing register and version control system

• 3+ years experience as a CAD Draftsman in road or civil infrastructure
• Proficient in AutoCAD 2D (Civil 3D experience a strong advantage)
• Knowledge of Qatar road marking standards and standard symbols
• Ability to read survey data and translate into accurate layout drawings
• Attention to detail and strong spatial awareness
