The Road Marking Estimator is responsible for producing competitive and accurate bids for road marking contracts across Qatar. Working closely with the commercial and operations teams, this role directly influences the company's revenue pipeline and project win rate.

• Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to prepare bill of quantities
• Calculate material, labour, plant, and subcontractor costs for road marking projects
• Prepare and submit competitive tenders within client deadlines
• Seek and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations
• Maintain a database of unit rates for road marking works in Qatar market
• Support post-tender negotiations and contract award discussions
• Analyse awarded contracts to identify estimating variances for continuous improvement

• 4+ years estimating experience in road marking or civil/highway construction
• Strong knowledge of Qatar construction market rates
• Proficient in Excel and estimating software
• Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings
• Experience with Ashghal tender portals and submission processes preferred
