The Road Marking Project Manager takes ownership of the full project lifecycle for multiple simultaneous road marking contracts. This includes managing client relationships, subcontractors, budgets, and delivery timelines while ensuring full compliance with Ashghal and Qatar road safety authority requirements.

• Own project delivery from contract award to final completion and handover
• Develop project programmes, resource plans, and method statements
• Manage contract budgets and track cost performance against forecast
• Attend client and Ashghal progress meetings as company representative
• Review and approve subcontractor work packages
• Ensure all works comply with Qatar road marking standards and approved drawings
• Prepare monthly progress reports and variation claims

• 7+ years experience in road infrastructure or highway projects, including road marking
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• PMP or Prince2 certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of Qatar construction contracts (FIDIC preferred)
• Demonstrated experience with Ashghal projects in Qatar
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
