The Road Marking Site Supervisor oversees day-to-day operations on project sites, managing teams of operatives and technicians. This role is critical to ensuring every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the quality standards required by Qatar's Public Works Authority (Ashghal).

• Supervise road marking crews of 4 to 12 operatives per site
• Review and implement traffic management plans before works commence
• Conduct daily toolbox talks and site safety briefings
• Monitor marking quality and dimensional accuracy against approved drawings
• Coordinate materials delivery and equipment deployment with logistics team
• Report daily progress to Project Manager and flag any issues promptly
• Liaise with Ashghal inspectors and client representatives on site

• 5+ years experience in road marking or highway construction
• Proven supervisory experience managing site teams
• Thorough knowledge of Qatar road marking standards and Ashghal requirements
• Valid Qatar driving licence
• IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent qualification
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic an advantage
