As a Thermoplastic Road Marking Technician, you will manage the full process of thermoplastic application from material preparation to final quality inspection. This role is central to delivering durable, high-visibility road markings that comply with Qatar's Ashghal infrastructure standards.

• Heat and apply thermoplastic road marking materials using screed and spray methods
• Calibrate application thickness to project specifications (typically 3mm to 6mm)
• Embed glass beads for retroreflectivity to required BS EN standards
• Maintain and clean thermoplastic application equipment daily
• Record material usage and application data for QA documentation
• Liaise with project engineers on layout drawings and setting-out requirements

• 3+ years hands-on thermoplastic road marking experience
• Knowledge of preformed thermoplastic and hot-applied materials
• Ability to read and interpret road layout drawings
• Experience working on live carriageways under traffic management
• NEBOSH or equivalent safety certification preferred
