The Traffic Management Coordinator ensures that all road marking operations are conducted safely within approved traffic management schemes. This role works closely with site supervisors, the Ministry of Interior, and Ashghal traffic authorities to plan and implement lane closures, diversions, and signage for our projects.

• Prepare and submit traffic management plans for approval by Ashghal and Qatar MOI
• Coordinate deployment of traffic management teams and equipment before site works begin
• Conduct site inspections to verify TM setups comply with approved schemes
• Liaise with police and road authority representatives on lane closures and diversions
• Maintain records of all TM approvals, drawings, and correspondence
• Brief site crews on safe working procedures within live traffic environments

• 3+ years experience in traffic management planning or coordination
• Knowledge of Qatar MOI and Ashghal traffic management requirements
• LANTRA or equivalent traffic management qualification preferred
• Strong understanding of temporary traffic signs and road safety
• Valid Qatar driving licence
